We have to follow the plot of the CotBP (you can make up parts inbewteen, eg, where Jack and Barbossa etc, are at the beginning of the movie before they are officially introduced in the film.) Once we have finished CotBP, then we move onto the second movie (DMC) etc. Please read the Needed Characters thread to choose a character - we currently need a Bo'sun for the Black Pearl!
